Foundation Training is a series of corrective exercises that teach healthy movement patterns. It was developed by Dr. Eric Goodman to help improve posture, strengthen muscle chains and undo poor movement patterns that can cause joint deterioration and chronic pain. Using the principles of decompressing the spine, hinging at the hips, and integrating muscle movement, Foundation Training can slow down many of the degenerative processes due to our modern lifestyle of too much sitting, slumping and inactivity.
