About Pilates

It is accessible for people of any age — from people that don’t exercise but want to feel better to the sports enthusiast who wants to improve performance. It’s also fun! Reformer sessions are available for individuals. Mat work options are available for individuals or small groups.
What is a Reformer?
A reformer is a versatile piece of Pilates equipment that consists of a moveable carriage attached to springs and straps. A wide variety of exercises are available since the springs add differing levels of tension to both challenge and support you. The reformer helps guide you through the exercises in an insightful and controlled manner and is an excellent way to learn Pilates concepts.
